Team Manager's Declaration

I hereby inform the Organizing Committee (PIDBF) that the participants listed on the Team Name List are physically fit, trained for competitive Dragon Boat Racing, and capable of swimming at least 50 meters in light clothing. As the Team Manager, I confirm that all participants have undergone medical checks and there are no known medical or other reasons preventing their participation in the PENANG INTERNATIONAL DRAGON BOAT REGATTA 2024. On behalf of the team, I agree to adhere to all rules and conditions set by the Organizers, including the mandatory use of Buoyancy Aids before boarding the boat. I also release the Organizing Committee (PIDBF) and any associated individuals or organizations from any liability in the event of injury, death, or loss of property during, as a result of, or while travelling to/from the event. Furthermore, I commit to taking good care of all provided equipment and accept responsibility for any charges incurred due to damage caused by my team. I also declare that all fees due to PIDBF for my team have been paid in full before the race begins.
